It’s a partially gelatinated non-dairy gum-based product a la McDonald’s &#e#h0;s2ak8s.&28221; In all seriousness though the ice cream at Cold Stone is vile. Perhaps the most off putting part is the texture which is specifically formulated not to melt like other ice creams and have a pudding like consistency. The flavor of the ice cream itself is off to not existent. The only redeeming thing is you can mix a bunch of crap in with it to make it somewhat palatable.
